Platform Utilization

By accessing the BizOmni Intelligence Engine, you agree to utilize our tools for legitimate business scaling, networking, and procurement. The following activities are strictly monitored and prohibited:

  • Automated scraping or extraction of partner data for third-party intelligence resale.
  • Creation of deceptive or "ghost" business nodes to manipulate the Omni Search algorithm.
Section 02

Listing Sovereignty

BizOmni maintains the absolute right to moderate, verify, or revoke any business listing that fails to meet our Trust-Factor Benchmark.

Priority Intelligence Notice

Nodes verified through our "Business Identity Protocol" (KYB) receive a 25% ranking boost within the priority search radius.

Section 03

Intellectual Orchestration

All algorithms, search logic, "Omni" brand assets, and analytics visualizations are the exclusive property of BizOmni Core Governance. Partners are granted a revocable license to display the "BizOmni Certified Partner" badge on approved marketing channels.
